Customers can expect free artwork, free set-up and a free pre-production E-proof — as many as it takes until totally satisfied! If art is not provided in a preferred format, a small fee may be required to convert some types of customized art. Preferred formats are vectored .eps, .ai, .cdr, high resolution JPG or high-resolution PDF files. Letters must be converted to outlines or curves when sending vector art.
FREE Engraving
All our products include free engraving and company logos. There never is a charge for additional characters. We do require vectored .eps, .ai, .cdr, high resolution JPG or high-resolution PDF files. Letters must be converted to outlines or curves when sending vector art. This ensures your products are engraved to meet our — and your — high quality standards.
FREE Rush Orders
Because most of our products are in stock, we will produce many orders within three (3 to 5) days — or sooner, if required. Exceptionally large orders may require additional time. Certain items such as embedments require additional production time. Your customer service representative will advise you accordingly.
FREE Shipping
Most orders over $200 are eligible for free ground-shipping within the continental United States. Orders that qualify for free shipping are marked accordingly at checkout and customarily are shipped by UPS Ground, FEDX Ground or USPS standard, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4pm Mountain Standard Time (MST).

Our pricing is completely transparent! Every item on our site includes free engraving with no limit to character count or additional charges. In situations where we are concerned the quantity of engraving requested exceeds the ability of our craftsmen’s ability to make your order look good — we will communicate with you and find a way to adjust as necessary.
